YesMilan探索米兰, fully in Chinese, represents a big opportunity for the city.

With this channel the municipality of Milan further strengthens the competitiveness of the tourism industry companies and improves the positioning of the Chinese market. This, within 2030, will represent almost a quarter of the global tourism and for Milan, in the next 5 years, a potential of 220 million visitors.

YesMilan探索米兰, the city’s Official Account, is the digital channel through which Milan communicates to the Chinese population. The account also offers a Mini program for travelers who are visiting the city.

Milan is the first Italian city with its own Official Account on WeChat.


YesMilano 探索米兰 will introduce the city on the most important and popular Chinese messaging app, with over a billion users.


Thanks to WeChat, the Chinese traveler could better organize the city and intercity visit. Will be possible to plan the stay choosing between food and wine, cultural, or shopping paths, in the world’s capital of fashion.


Information on services, shops, restaurants, cultural institutions, and other points of interest will be provided in a geolocalized way, with the simple consulting of an interactive map inside WeChat.
