For This Is Not A Sushi Bar, the first brand to introduce home delivery of high quality Japanese cuisine in Milan, technological innovation is the only possible solution for a service which over the last year has seen an unthinkable acceleration.

The brief

Small premises, few seats and a great attention to order management. Thanks to Iconic Food & Beverage, the Retex group’s proprietary platform, orders from the main delivery providers are entered directly into the POS. Furthermore, by integrating the new chain app with Iconic and the delivery management software Food Pony, the service is punctually monitored.

Menu synchronization with third parties
The restaurateur updates the menu (photos, descriptions, prices) only once: the update will be automatically loaded on third-party platforms, reducing the working processes needed to update the offering.


Dashboard Store Manager

A tool available to the store manager to check incoming orders and decide whether to enable or disable the various channels depending on products availability.
