Cigierre, the leading catering company, has been present in Italy for over twenty years and focuses its business on the development of themed restaurants in franchising or directly managed. With more than 300 restaurants operating in Italy and abroad, today it takes the market by storm by offering a new and unique service: a single order to receive or pick up pizza, burgers, poke or sushi.
Project
A new challenge for the brand won with the support of Retex, the project’s technological partner. In fact, Cigierre opens its first Take Me Home store in Modena, a venue with an innovative format that uses a single platform for order management.
The goal: combine the offerings and quality of some of the group’s brands – Pizzikotto, Old Wild West and Shi’s – in one place and in one single order.
Results
The technological contribution of Retex, aimed at ensuring an intuitive and effective customer experience for the consumer, includes:
- The creation of the new e-commerce website based on the proprietary Iconic Food & Beverage platform, to enable take-away and home delivery services;
- The adoption of digital kiosks integrated with the checkout system for easy and fast management of orders placed inside the restaurant.
