Retex is the technological and digital partner of the project. Our intervention on the bistro area includes:
- the integration of the new checkout software with the Conad payment and management systems in use in the supermarkets;
- the supply of hardware for the management of orders and payments: checkouts, tablets for taking orders and KDS devices.
Retex optimised bistro operations, simplifying the different stages of the customer experience. In the refreshment area, the customer waits at the table for the order placed via tablet. From there, with the pay-at-table solution the customer can pay in cash or by credit card, thanks to the connection of the device with the checkout. In addition, the POS system enables the use of any type of cards and meal vouchers for payment.
