Today Crai is an established brand throughout Italy, which over the years has expanded its offer and strengthened its sales network on the territory. It has more than 3,000 sales outlets, in which it also sells a line of own-brand products.


The creation and maintenance of a relationship of trust with the customer is one of Crai’s main objectives. The introduction of the TL Customer App, made possible thanks to the support of Retex, is aimed at speeding up the fidelity process.


The App, designed for Android, simplifies the data entry process when submitting the fidelity forms and makes it functional to use in the store.



  • Authorization requests sent from tablets to access the App are managed directly by the CEDI Distribution Centres which, by issuing a password, reduce waiting times.
  • Once logged in, it is possible to register a customer and proceed with the issuance of a card, entitling the holder to discounts and facilities or modify existing data.
  • The card’s barcode can be entered by reading it with the camera.
  • All data is stored on the TLoyalty database.
