The restyling of the WeChat profile for one of the renowned protagonists of Italian design.
Zanotta, an iconic Italian furniture company with over seventy years of experience in creating designs with intuition and innovation, has chosen to renew the look of its Official WeChat Account in order to expand and strengthen its digital strategy aimed at the Chinese market.

Project

The key objectives of the restyling include the re-establishment of the continuity between the website and the new stylistic line adopted by the brand and, above all, improve its functionality. Furthermore, the integration of the account with the core module of Iconic, Retex’s proprietary conversational commerce platform, will lead to the addition of two new features: the configuration of the store locator and the creation of a real catalogue of products.

Results

Retex, in addition to making more attractive what may be called the main digital showcase of the brand in the Asian world, has created a new and more usable system architecture. This will give Zanotta the opportunity to interact directly with its followers through interactive content, messaging services, broadcasts and news.
