RETEX FOOD & BEVERAGE
Retex will talk about the digital solutions developed and consolidated in the catering field. In the last two years, Retex provided one of the best examples of customer experience.
Our “My Trade” application suite, deliver both a complete functional coverage across a wide range of operating contexts, and a full integration of all the most common touchpoints. For example, kiosks, self-scanning, self-checkout, traditional checkout, mobile app.
Its unique structure allows to adapt to different architectural models and different levels of centralization, fitting the most complex distribution networks.
The interactive kiosks are one of the classic supporting tools. These devices are gaining increasing market share as they improve the shopping experience in offline stores and supermarkets, and the consumer experience in restaurants and cafés.
These systems allow a greater order accuracy, a considerable increase in customer control, and faster payment. Activities are then able to assign more resources to the service, leading to solid improvements in customer satisfaction.
Three partners will join us at the German event: FEC, Pyramid and Panasonic, three global leaders in the production of interactive kiosks.
About FEC devices, we will introduce two possible applications of our MyTrade solution (Cash desk front end and Ristopoint mode). For Pyramid and Panasonic devices, we will showcase the front end for the food & beverage world.
So, Auf Wiedersehen in Düsseldorf.(E’ un “addio a Dusseldorf” o un “ci vediamo a dusseldorf”? perché così in tedesco significa la prima opzione)
